Lamont Browne is the Chief Operations Officer of The Colorado Sun.

Browne comes to The Sun with decades of organization and leadership expertise in education and operations management. He has a double master’s degree in education and business administration as well as a doctoral degree in educational leadership. He served as president and V.P. in two consulting firms, was the CEO of a charter school network in Wilmington, Delaware, and oversaw innovation schools, the charter school office and the school turnaround framework in Aurora Public Schools as senior administrator.
